Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Language Town for using FluentPal 2 (the app and fluentpal.app). By using FluentPal 2, you agree to these terms.

The service

FluentPal 2 is a language-learning app. It includes lessons, conversations, and related features, some of which use artificial intelligence. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens through it. Keep your sign-in details private. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Prices, trial length, and renewal terms are shown in the store listing and in the app before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules.

Acceptable use

Please use FluentPal 2 for learning. Do not:

• Break the law or harm other people.
• Try to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or overload our systems.
• Share illegal or hateful content.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

AI content

Conversations, translations, and feedback are generated automatically and can be incomplete or incorrect. They are for practice, not professional, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use that content.

Our content

FluentPal 2, including lessons, characters, design, and trademarks, is owned by Language Town or our licensors. You may use it only through the app as provided. You keep rights to the content you create, and you give us a license to process it so the app can work.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that you will reach a particular language level. To the extent allowed by law, Language Town is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for losses caused by third-party stores, networks, or AI providers.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise them.
