This policy explains how Language Town (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use FluentPal 2 (the app and fluentpal.app).

What we collect

• Account details, such as your email and a unique account ID, when you sign in.
• Learning activity, including lessons, practice, conversations, and progress.
• Voice recordings you choose to send for speaking practice and pronunciation feedback.
• Purchase status from Apple, Google, or our payment partner, so we can unlock features you paid for. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic device and usage information that helps the app run and stay reliable.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Provide and personalize language lessons and conversations.
• Sync your progress across devices when you are signed in.
• Process purchases and restore access on a new device.
• Improve the app, fix problems, and keep the service secure.
• Reply when you contact us for support.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run FluentPal 2. That can include:

• Cloud and AI providers that power conversations, translations, and speech features.
• Apple, Google, and our payment partner for subscriptions.
• Hosting and analytics services that keep the product online.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our users and the service.

How long we keep it

We keep account and learning data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems except where we must keep a limited record for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Your choices

• You can update or delete your account from the app Settings.
• You can request deletion at fluentpal.app/en/delete-data.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.

Children

FluentPal 2 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
